Sorry to butt into an old thread here, but you can edit the ReleasebyCaseID and class index with a hex editor. Just make sure to look in the right places... Also, take a look at a video of me driving it.
Keep in mind that the car's top speed is capped at 210 km/h and some things are missing such as lights and a driver model.
