For a long time, I noticed that there were three duplicate cars (entitled Alligator2, Ben2 and Semir2) hidden in the files of Highway Nights. They differ in that they don't have police lights and have different license plates. Each of those license plates starts with "BG", I wonder what that means. However, I strongly believe the civilian Alligator was drivable in a mission. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Indeed, Alligator as civil car was driveable. Those cars where made to avoid opponent's cars (gangsters) drive cars with visible strobe lights
