hi, i have a problem with crash time 4; when i start the game and a new campaign the game crashes ...before this i reinstalled my win 10 for different problems and when i turn on again after the maintenance , the game crashed.

There could be several reasons for that.
Have you checked that Games for Windows live has been installed correctly?

Try to use the original cars.db3 and launch the campaign and do the first mission without addons. After this you can try to use the databse with mods.

yes but i need to create a new campain and when i load a new campain it crashes but if i open the single race it works

try reinstalling the game ...


EDIT:
The game may freeze because you accidentally deleted an element that affects campaigns or something else ...

In my opinion, France Amaury gives the correct solution.
As said, run the first few missions by deleting the newest cars.db3 and replace (and rename^^) it with Amaurys link to the original database
